Abstract
Finance is the core of economy. With the development of economy, economic
liberalization and financial globalization have been ing an inevitable trend. On 11th
December of the year 2001, China joined World anization (WTO).Obey to the
promise, China banking will open entirely in December of 2006, foreign banks will have
fully national treatment as China’s, the environment in which Chinese banking is protected
by market will fade away, and the mercial banks will have to confront the
competition and challenge from the powerful, advantaged large-sized mercial
banks. Because of historical reasons, mercial banks have many problems:
higher non-performing loans ratio, lower running efficiency, faultiness manage
mechanism, and so on. And in the final analysis, the point petitiveness deficiency.
Therefore, Research on mercial bank has important theoretical and practical
meanings. The relative concept petitiveness level mercial bank is derived
parison.
On the base of absorption of precede theory, this paper elaborates the basic concept
of petitiveness and features of it by reviewing the theory of enterprise
competitiveness, analyzes the substance mercial petitiveness, further
confirms the specialties mercial petitiveness, generalizes prising
causes mercial petitiveness, including resource factor、system factor and
ability factor. And construct evaluating index system mercial petitiveness.
Finally, choose stylebook to make empirical analysis.
