【摘要】:目的了解近7年来绍兴市住院糖尿病患者住院总费用的主要影响因素。方法通过收集1997-2004年间在绍兴市人民医院住院的糖尿病患者住院费用资料,采用单因素分析和多因素线性回归来探索糖尿病患者总住院费用的主要影响因素。,,多因素回归分析结果表明,住院天数、高血压、性别、有无神经病变、心脏病变、肾脏病变、大血管病变、脑血管病变、结石(有肾脏或胆囊结石)、高渗性昏迷、糖尿病足、以及劳动能力、付费方式等13个变量对糖尿病住院总费用影响具有统计学意义(P<)。结论糖尿病各种急慢性并发症、合并症及医疗费用的付款方式影响糖尿病病人住院费用,因此通过早发现、早诊断、早治疗,减轻各种并发症是减少住院糖尿病人费用的有效途径之一。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the factors influencing the in-patient costs in diabetic patients in shaoxing hospital in last 7 years. Methods All the patients with diabetes in shaoxing hospital during 1997-2004 were analysis for their hospital cost. Firstly the average cost in the hospital was analyzed according to the multivariate regression equation. Results The average total costs medical of diabetic in-patients is yuan, the average daily costs is yuan.
