振动颗粒康复机理的研究及理疗床的开发
摘要
随着人口的老龄化和工伤事故、地质灾害、交通事故的不断发生,久卧病床的老年人
和伤残人士越来越多,据调查大多长期卧床病人都有褥疮问题。褥疮不仅给病患带来巨大
痛苦甚至会导致其他并发症,严重的还会危及生命。传统的护理对医护人员要求很高,而
且护理难度、劳动强度大。现有的防褥疮设备又存在很多缺陷不能适用褥疮的防治过程。
本文提出一种新的理疗方法,借助振动和颗粒相结合的方式护理病患。基于该方法设计的
振动颗粒理疗床不但把护理人员从繁重的工作中解脱出来而且提高了病人在防治褥疮过
程中的舒适性。本文用基于离散单元法基本思想的三维颗粒流软件 PFC3D(Particle Flow
Code in 3 Dimensions)对颗粒的均载效果进行了仿真,并结合实验进一步分析了振动颗
粒理疗床的作用机理。本文主要研究内容如下:
1)阐述振动实验台作用原理,利用 ANSYS Workbench 软件对实验台进行模态分析和
谐响应分析,对照实验样机的振动测试结果分析实验台的动力学特性。
2)通过振动促进血液流通实验、振动脱敏实验和颗粒均载实验验证振动和颗粒的理
疗作用,从而验证了振动颗粒理疗床设计的合理性。
3)利用 PFC 软件仿真颗粒均载过程,联系实验结果进一步分析,得到颗粒对均载的
积极作用效果。
4)根据实验和仿真分析结果,确定振动颗粒理疗床的结构方案,通过 Solidworks 建
立其三维模型,并利用 ANSYS Workbench 对其动态性能进行分析,为颗粒振动理疗床的正
常工作和进一步优化设计提供依据。

ABSTRACT
With the aging of ing and geological disasters,industrial accidents and traffic
accidents occurring continually, there are more and more the disabled and old people who are in
the bed for a long time. According to the survey, the most of the patients lying in bed for a long
time have the problem of bedsores. The bedsores make patients very painful, even dead. The
traditional medical nursing demand the nurses are skilled and work in the hard conditions. In the
market, the bedsores equipments have some defect and can not be applied to the prevention and
