摘要
齿轮传动是机械传动中应用最广泛的一种传动形式,齿轮的精度是影响齿轮传动使用性能的重要因素。渐开线圆柱齿轮是目前用途最广的齿轮,也是种类最多得齿轮,很多中小型齿轮制造企业使用渐开线齿轮检查仪检测该种齿轮的齿形误差。这类仪器通常采用电动记录器在记录纸上打印齿轮误差曲线,再由人工进行误差分析,判断其误差是符合要求,使得齿轮检测十分不方便。
为实现检测数据的自动化处理,提高检测效率,节省人力资源和工作时间,本设计开发了一套渐开线圆柱齿轮齿形误差自动评判系统。该系统采用电感测微仪采集齿形误差信号,利用单片机程序进行齿形误差合格行判断,并有存储数据、自动判断等功能。
本设计拟采用80C51单片机进行测量系统数据处理的主控芯片,A/D转换器采用ADC0801,转换后的信号直接进入单片机的P0口进行处理;采用步进电机来代替手轮丝杠,由单片机控制进给,这样不仅实现了测量和数据处理的自动化进行,还避免了手动进给的人为误差,并避免了数据的人工处理,使得结果更加准确,可信度提高。

Abstract
The gear transmission is the most widely used mechanical transmission in the form of a transmission, gear precision is the important factor for the performance of gear transmission used. Involute cylindrical gear is currently the most widely used type of gear, and also the most gear, many small and medium-sized gear manufacturing enterprises using involute tester to detect this kind of gear tooth profile error. This instrument is usually used in electric recorder recording paper print gear error curve, the artificial error analysis, the error is to meet the requirements, the gear detection is not convenient
In order to realize the detection of the automated processing of data, improve the detection efficiency, saving the manpower resources and working time, the design has developed a set of involute cylindrical gears tooth profile error of automatic evaluation system. The system adopts inductance micrometer acquisition tooth profile error signal, using SCM procedures of tooth profile error of qualified judgment, and storing data, automatic judgment function.
