摘要
本文从非晶合金变压器的目前背景和发展概括出发,随后阐明了非晶合金变压器的种类和特点,分析了目前推广非晶合金变压器的原因和有利条件,以及存在的阻碍其推广使用的问题。非晶合金变压器由于非晶材料的特殊性能,拥有比传统变压器低很多的空载损耗和空载电流,这对于节约能源,响应国家的节能降耗政策是一个很好的办法,但同时非晶合金变压器在噪音、机械强度、抗短路能力等方面的问题又阻碍它的推广使用。
然后介绍了非晶材料的概念和特殊性能,讲述了干式变压器的分类和特点,重点讲述了环氧树脂浇注型干式变压器的优点,最后讨论非晶合金变压器的节能性和经济性,以及非晶合金变压器和传统变压器的不同之处和优缺点。
之后对非晶合金干式变压器的铁心结构和绕组进行设计和计算,其中涉及了绝缘结构和主要参数的计算和确定。
最后单独分章讨论非晶合金干式变压器的噪音、机械强度和抗短路能力方面上的缺点,重点讲述应该如何改善这几个方面的问题。

Abstract
This article starts from the current background and development of amorphous core transformers, and then set out the type and characteristics of amorphous core transformers , and the reasons why to promote the use of amorphous core transformers and its own favorable conditions and the existence of obstacles. Because of the special performance of amorphous materials, this kind of transformers are much lower than traditional transformer on the no-load loss and no-load current, then it is good for energy conservation and in response to the national energy saving policy, but the problems on the noise, mechanical strength, short-circuit ability embarrass the use of amorphous core transformer.
Then introduced the concept of amorphous materials and its performance, the classification and characteristics of dry-type transformers, finally discuss its economy and energy-saving characteristics, and the different of advantages and disadvantages between the traditional transformer and amorphous core transformer.
After that, it is about the design and calculation of amorphous core structure and the winding, which involves the insulation structure and the main parameters of calculation and determination.
Finally separate chapters to discuss the ings on amorphous core transformers noise, mechanical strength and short circuit ability, the how to improve these aspects.
