Abstract
Jinci is not only the first bath of national AAAA tourism scenic spots
but also the first batch of national key cultural units in Taiyuan. It has
special tourism resources such as Sheng Mu Palace, Xian Palace, Yuzhao
Fly Girder, which have been regarded as "three national treasures", and
the Nanlao spring, the maid statue of Song Dynasty, Zhou cypress that
were three the most famous things. And its historical value, scientific
value and artistic value have reached the standard of declaration of the
World Heritage. In recent years, although the government in Taiyuan has
increased the input of Jinci, and a lot of work has also been preparing now,
there are still many problems of the declaration. As a result, the research
on the problems is of great practical significance for the declaring World
Heritage in Jinci.
The paper shows the strength of declaring World Heritage in Jinci on
the basis of the reference reviewing and the practical research. And
describes the advantages of its declaration, analyzes the necessity and
feasibility and then summarizes the process and the problems that exist.
Finally, it highlights the six specific mendations of the declaration
of World Heritage in Jinci. This paper is divided into eight chapters: the
first chapter focuses on the main significance of topics, reviews the
research and its trends in and abroad on the declaration of World Heritage;
chapter Two describes the four strengths of the declaration from the
unique resources, the high attention of the government, the adequate
funding and its advantageous location; The third Chapter analyzes the
necessity of the inheritance of the excellent traditional culture, enhancing
the efforts of protecting heritage, building the fine tourism products and
improving the well-known scenic spots; the fourth chapter explains the
