随着教学改革的不断深入,我国高等院校的育才标准、育才目的产生了本质性的
转变。以综合性为主导的素质教育渐渐取代专业教育,切实发展素质教育,走同社会
相一致的道路是在新时期、新形势下,国家对国民教育提出的新的希望。
由于音乐教育对提高大学生文化素质有着特殊的作用,对培养复合型人才有着重
要意义,因此,如何通过对器乐的学习提高学生的综合能力,使之更好的适应社会的
需求,已经引起广大音乐教育工作者及社会各界人士的关注。教学也由过去单纯的技
能训练转向综合艺术素质的培养, 由教师单向传授技能知识转向师生共同参与的探讨
式、研究性学习方式, 并已取得了一定的成绩。因为通过对器乐作品的演奏、欣赏和
对器乐作品的创作中,学生可以增强各种能力,在提高整体综合素质的基础上,更适
应社会的需求与发展。
本人通过问卷调查、座谈等方式对河北省部分三线城市的器乐师范类学生进行了
调查,同时以保定学院的器乐专业的学生为调研对象,通过归纳总结发现学生在学习
器乐的过程中,在演奏能力、协调能力、审美能力、想象能力、模仿能力都有了不同
程度的提高,如何更有效的培养他们的各种能力,使大学生的身心得到更好的锻炼是
论文中所研究的问题。
本文共分六部分,先对高等师范院校器乐的发展现状及方向进行了分析,随后提
出能力培养的重要性,接着研究如何培养学生的各种能力,最后得出结论。

Abstract
With the deepening of the reform of teaching, the the Yucai standard of the Institutions
of Higher Education, the Yucai purpose nature of the change. Quality education with
