摘要:
制造业对国民经济的高速增长起着至关重要的作用。但是,我相比存在较大差距。自20世纪90年代以来,制造业的全球化势头愈演越烈,市场瞬息万变,产品的生命周期不断缩短,要在这种竞争激烈的市场环境中立于不败之地,企业必须加强内部管理,加快产品开发速度,利用对产品数据资料的统计分析快速响应市场的变化并作出正确决策。本文立足于制造业信息化,首先分析了国内制造业中数据采集、统计分析的业务流程现状,接着考虑以建立数据统计平台为核心,采用WORD式智能表单设计技术,在企业内部办公系统中实现对数据采集的快速响应、汇总、分析、决策和二次利用,实现企业数据报表的无纸化、自动化和智能化。用智能数据统计平台改造企业数据业务流程的实现,实现了海量数据的瞬间精确计算和自动分析汇总,使用户摆脱了纸质报表手工汇总的烦恼,从而节约了大量的人力物力和时间,即时响应的数据资料同时也为企业决策提供可靠的依据。

Abstract:
Manufacturing industry plays a crucial role in the high-speed development of national economy. However, there is a long way for us to go to keep up with the world advanced level. Since 1990s, with the globalization of manufacturing industry escalating, the tempo of market quickening, life cycle of a product is constantly shortening. Therefore, the enterprises must strengthen its management, pick up the speed of product development,quickly response to the change of maket and make right decision by staticsing and analyzing the data of products in order to survive in the petition of paper is established in the information of manufacturing, it first analyzes the actuality of data collection,statistics and analyse in national manufacturing. Secondly, it consider establishing Zenith Statistics Forms Platform as a hardcore, with applying Word liking aptitude designer of forms,it has achieved quickly response,connection,analyse and decision-making in its official bussiness,achieved the no-paper,automatization and aptitude of data report forms,and it has also achieved the instant and accurate enumerate,analyze and connect it get rid of the bother of paper report forms,saves mach manpower and material instant data information also offered reliable guarantee of decision-making.
