      ETS将在2011年下半年推出的新GRE考试。关于其写作部分,不仅在考试形式(比如ISSUE写作时间、选题方式)上做出了调整,而且,ETS对于原有的topic pool也做了翻新工作。对于考生备考来说,topic pool和AW INTRODUTION,这是ETS官方为考生提供的“维二”的宝贵复****资料。
      此次的题库调整在很大程度上将改变传统备考和教学方法,不过可以先给大家吃一颗定心丸:相对于老题库和考试形式,新GRE虽然挑战增多,但是从难度和备考方式方法,只要大家能使用好langlib的写作平台,并且使用好我后期推出的一系列教程,AW的备考过程将会是充实、有效而且快乐的。
      本文主要是向大家展示issue topic pool形式上的变化,具体内容(包括如何兼容新老题库、如何有效利用原有资源和方法、如何解读新题库等问题)我会在后续分析中一一为大家说明。

特点:
 
1、题目(topic)之后加入了针对性要求(STI, specific task instructions),官方给出了两点重要提示:“Each Issue topic consists of an issue statement or statements followed by specific task instructions that tell you how to respond to the issue”、“because there may be multiple versions of some topics with similar or identical wording but with different task instructions, it is very important to read your test topic and its specific task directions carefully and respond to the wording as it appears in the actual test.”例如:
