Objectives of Process Capability Training
制程能力培训目的
Identify variable and attribute process and product parameters.
确认计量制程和计数制程以及产品参数。
Be able to design the correct SPC chart type, rational sub-grouping, and sampling frequency.
能够设计正确的制程能力图的种类,明确抽样数量和抽样频率。
Implement correct SPC monitoring system.
执行正确的制程能力图的监控体系。
4. Be able to predict the failure rate for different magnitudes of variation shift.
