农村科技服务重点对象、资源整合

摘要:随着农业结构调整和农村产业化的发展,农业主体产业和特色产业呈现区域化、规模化、设施化和专业化发展
趋势。农村科技服务对象、生产内容以及农业内外部环境条件都发生了前所未有的变化。针对农村科技服务重点对象的
调整和定位、农村科技服务资源的整合和集成创新、农村科技服务方式改革与手段创新等作了一些新的思考。

Key Objects、Resource Integration and Means Innovation of Rural Sci-tech Service

Abstract: With the adjustment of agricultural structure and development of rural industrialization, the main and characteristic
industry of agriculture present trends of regionalization, scalization, engineering and specialization development. All of service
objects and production content of rural sci -tech as well as the inside and outside circumstance conditions of agriculture had
experiences an unprecedented change. In this paper, the adjustment and orientation of rural sci-tech service key objects, resource
integration and integrated innovation of rural sci-tech service, innovation method and mean were described.
