摘要:为解决目前国内服装行业所使用的条码扫描系统存在感应范围小及易受污染等限制的问题,采用,射频读写模块与
RFID
上位机管理系统相结合,提出了一种基于无线射频识别( )的服装防伪系统设计方案。将服装标签以电子芯片为载体附在每件
服装上,并将生产商、销售地与生产日期等信息写入标签中,同时可以锁定编码,防止恶意修改,可以有效地解决品牌服饰的防伪、防
止跨省串销等问题;通过借鉴轻量型中间件的思想,采用带抽象产品角色的简单工厂模式实现了读写器驱动模块,保留了各种读写
RFID
器接口,易于后期维护与扩展。实践结果证明,采用解决方案的服装防伪系统可实现多标签读写的批量操作,操作速度快,极
大地改善了产品处理的效率和准确性。
