中学教师是中学学生日常教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者,,多属性并且具有模糊性的评价过程。模糊综合评价法采用定量指标与定性指标相结合的方式,弥补了以往考核中只注重定量指标或将定性指标与定量指标简单组合的缺陷,考核指标体系更加人性化和全面化。
本文应用模糊数学理论,把模糊综合评价方法具体应用到中学教师绩效考核综合评价研究中,结合中学教师的实际情况将中学教师评价系统根据需要分成若干个指标,建立了评价因素集、评语集、隶属函数和权重集,实现对中学教师绩效考核的综合评判。采用层次分析法计算评价指标的权重集,取得较好的效果。该模型具有较强的可操作性和灵活性,在具体应用过程中,指标体系种因素的权重、单因素评价矩阵的具体值可视不同时期和不同情况而定。

ABSTRACT
Secondary school teachers is the backbone to carry out education of middle school,is the middle school students daily education and management work of anizers,perpetrators and teacher performance evaluation in middle school is a multiple target,multiple attribute and fuzzy evaluation method of qualitative index and quantitative the previous assessment to focus only on quantitative or qualitative index and quantitative index of defects of bination,evaluation index system are more humanity prehensive.
In this paper, the application of fuzzy mathematics theory, the prehensive evaluation method is applied to prehensive evaluation of the performance appraisal of middle school bined with the actual situation of middle school teachers in the middle school ,teacher evaluation system is divided into a number of indicators according to the need of,to establish the evaluation factor set, evaluation set, membership function and weight set, realize prehensive evaluation of teacher performance weight calculation of analytic sets, and achieved good model has strong operability and flexibility,in the specific application process, weight, system factor indexes of single factor evaluation matrix of the specific value according to the different periods and different circumstances.
