中文摘要:该住宅楼为深圳地区某现浇钢筋砼框架结构。该多层住宅楼共六层,总建筑高度为
。该建设地区抗震设防烈度为 7 度,基本风压为 ,建筑场地为Ⅲ类。
在曹老师的指导下,本人先了解原始资料,重温以前学过的相关专业知识,然后,根据建筑的
使用功能、使用荷载、自然条件及施工技术条件,独立按步骤进行建筑施工图绘制和结构设计计
算,先后完成了如下工作:(1)建筑设计(2)构件截面估算(3)楼(屋)面结构设计(4)框架
-剪力墙结构设计(5)基础结构设计(6)楼梯设计等。
由于时间、能力有限,而且免于篇幅累赘,计算书中只列出了一些典型构件的设计计算过程,
其余计算过程忽略,其余计算结果见施工图部分。尽管我在此设计上面花了不少精力,但肯定还
会有诸多不足之处,恳请批评指正。

abstract
The main structure of the residential building has been designed as an in-situ reinforced
concrete frame。There are six floors of the building, and the total height of it is . The
requirement for fortification against earthquake in the area is 7 seismic intensity, with a
wind reference pressure and Ⅲ building ground sort.
With the guide of Mr. Cao, firstly, I studied the source material and reviewed the interrelated
knowledge which I have learned. Then, I did the architecture and structure design according to
the requirement of function and the technology conditions. The main work that I have done are
as follows:
