This document was developed as an Audit Tool to assess a supplier's Quality Systems against AAS's Quality Systems Requirements. 本文件作為稽核材料,根據AAS品質系統要求評估供應商的品質系統
The AAS Quality Systems Audit (QSA) is build upon the ISO-9000 Quality Systems Standard, but with additional AAS specific requirements included. AAS品質系統稽核以ISO-9000品質系統為標准,并加入AAS附加的特定要求.

AUDIT BY SELF ASSESSMENT自我評估稽核
A supplier's facility is required plete a self assessment using this tool in advance of the AAS Audit. (One QSA is required per facility.) AAS稽核前,供應商的設備要求使用此工具進行自我評估.(每個設備要求一個QSA)

It is expected that during the self-assessment process, that the supplier will use this opportunity to ask questions for either clarification or to better understand intent of the audit criteria. Waiting for the formal AAS audit to ask these types of questions is too late.
