【摘要】走可持续发展之路是人类对未来发展的共识,发展循环经济则是实现资源节
约、减少环境污染和实现可持续发展的科学途径。分析国外发达国家循环经济发展现状,认
识发达国家的发展历程,参考发达国家发展循环经济的政策措施,结合中国的实际情况,深
刻认识循环经济是个系统的发展模式,是系统构建和谐社会发展的必由之路。

Abstract: Follow the path of sustainable development is the development of consensus for the
future of mankind, the development of recycle economy is to achieve resources conservation,
reduce environmental pollution and achieving sustainable development of scientific approaches.
Analysis of the current development of foreign recycle economy of developed countries,
understand the development process of developed countries, reference the development of recycle
economy information of developed policies and measures, in line with China's actual situation, in
the recycle economy is a system to improve the overall sustainable development model and a
system for harmonious social development.
