【摘要】家族企业自18世纪工业革命时代产生起,在200多年的发展历程中,始终在全
球经济活动中扮演着重要的角色。无论是发达国家,还是发展中国家,家族企业作为一种企
业组织形式广泛的存在着。家族制企业不仅在横向上存在于世界上的大多数国家,也在纵向
上存在于企业发展的各个阶段和层次,特别是在东亚和东南亚的许多国家更是普遍。我国的
家族式企业在最近20年里有了较快的发展,新兴民营企业也多数采用了家族制,实际上已成
为新办企业中最主要的企业模式,甚至可以说在我国企业当中家族制存在某种"泛化"的倾
向。家族式的民营企业是当前我国非公有制企业的一种主流企业形式。随着市场环境的逐步
完善,以及家族式企业的不断扩张,除了像所有企业一样面临着越来越激烈的市场竞争,家
族企业的经营还会遇到自身特有的风险。家族型企业需要思考如何突破自身的瓶颈,寻找适
合自身发展的治理方法和管理模式。

【教师点评】总结家族企业成功的经验对我国目前大量家族企业的进一步发展具有重
要意义。该文以自己的感性经验为基础,结合企业成长理论对家族式企业发展的各阶段及其
特点进行了一般性分析,对家族企业治理中面临的问题及难点进行了多方面论述,并从产权、
管理制度创新、财务等方面提出了家族型企业突破自身的瓶颈、找到适合自身发展的治理方
法和管理模式。论文结构合理、论述全面,有一定的创新性。论文写作过程严谨,资料收集
充分。达到了学士学位论文的水准。

【Abstract】 Family enterprises always play an important role in the global economic
activities during the 200 years of development history since they appeared in the 18th century
Industrial Revolution era. Family enterprises exist widely anizational forms in both
developed and developing countries. Family enterprises not only exist in most countries of the
world, but also exist in every phase and level of the development of enterprises, especially in East
Asia and Southeast Asia. The family enterprises in China have a fast development in the recent 20

years, and most private enterprises adopt family system which has e the leading enterprise
mode for new private enterprises. Family enterprises have e the mainstream mode of
private-owed enterprises in China. With the improvement of market environment and the
expansion of enterprises, the family enterprises have to face the risk by themselves besides the
more and more drastic petition. Family enterprises need to think how to break through
the bottlenecks of themselves and
