美国金融危机使得以美元为核心的国际货币体系备受关注,国际上对重构国际货币体系的呼声越来越高。历史经验告诉我们呢,只要世界上出现超级大国,它的货币就要在国际货币体系里发挥中心作用。然而作为世界第二大经济体和拥有全球外汇储备最多的国家,我国的人民币在现行的国际货币体系中却处在与经济实力极不相称的地位。因此,研究人民币国际化问题成为危机后的关注焦点。
人民币国际化对我国来说具有非常深远的意义,我国不仅可以从人民币国际化中获得个方面的收益,更重要的是可以逐渐提高其在国际舞台中的地位和话语权,同时,随着人民币国际化的进程的不断推进,我国同样会面临着巨大的风险和挑战。本文就是通过分析四大货币国际化进程,总结它们在国际化进程中遇到的风险,同时结合我国人民币国际化的现状,设法为人民币国际化找到一条最适合的道路。
本文共分五章,第一章为绪论部分,阐述了本文的选题背景和意义、研究内容和框架、以及文献综述相关内容。第二章为理论依据,阐述了货币国际化的基础理论,主要概括了货币国际化的含义及条件,同时分析了货币国际化的收益与风险。第三章阐述了世界主要货币(包括英镑、美元、欧元、日元)国际化的经验借鉴以及对人民币国际化的启示,总结其规律和共性,寻找出更为合适的人民币国际化道路。第四章论述了人民币国际化的条件性背景及必要性。第五章提出了人民币国际化的发展路径。第一阶段使人民币实现周边化,第二阶段使人民币区域化,第三阶段使人民币顺利实现国际化。最后归纳总结全文得出结论,并提出了增强我国的国际竞争力,深化金融体制改革,完善政府的宏观调控水平等政策建议。

ABSTRACT
. Financial crisis has made the international ary system with the dollar as the core controversial. History tell us that as long as there was superpower country, its currency must play a central role in the international ary system. Therefore,the issue of the RMB internationalization after crisis has caused public concern, with very important theoretical and practical significance.
To our country, internationalization of RMB has a very profound sense. For one thing we can get benefits from internationalization; for the other thing, it can be able to enhance our position in the international arena. At present, RMB has been widely circulated in the country or region around us, which has laid a good foundation of RMB internationalization. However, in the process of internationalization, we will encounter great challenges and risks. In this paper, according to current situation analysis of RMB, after analyzing the historical process of the five major currencies, choose a suitable path of RMB internationalization.
