【摘要】我们讨论了企业社会责任对整个宏观社会以及微观企业个体带来的利益影
响,了解到提高企业社会责任对整个社会和企业个体带来的利益,得出结论我们应该积极提
高企业的社会责任。但是企业要承担更多的社会责任,就要承担更多的社会成本,为了要让
企业能够提高社会责任,我们国家就应该增强对企业履行社会责任的激励,营造社会对企业
积极履行社会责任的普遍尊重的氛围。

清晰,文字表述流畅。本文的主要不足之处在于:文章的演绎推理缺乏足够的理论铺垫和实

【Abstract】 We discuss the benefits influences by the social responsibility of enterprises
to macro-society and micro-enterprises society, learn the influence by improving the social
responsibility of enterprises to the whole society and individual enterprise, e to a
conclusion that we should actively improve the social responsibility of enterprises. But the more
social responsibility the enterprises take, the more social costs we must assume. In order to
improve the social responsibility, our country should enhance the inspiration of enterprises with
the social responsibility, and create the atmosphere that the society can give the universal respect
to the enterprises discharging the social responsibility positively.

一、引言

“国家兴亡,匹夫有责”,“企业公民”对国家、社会的兴亡、发展负有不可推卸的责
任。当今社会对于企业社会责任的关注和讨论越来越激烈,我国也成为了这个问题的焦点地
区。目前讨论的内容比较集中于企业社会责任对我国社会和企业所带来的机遇及影响、我们
需要采取的对策以及SA800体系。
为了能够具体地了解承担企业社会责任所涉及到的利益关系,本文有针对性地以企业社
会责任的成本与收益为研究对象,探讨了提高企业社会责任建设给我们的社会和企业带来的
影响,同时提出了一些关于如何激励企业履行社会责任的建议。希望能够为帮助企业社会责
任问题的探讨以及我们和谐社会的构建起到一点点的作用。

本文通过文献分析、数据收集、以及案例列举来进行分析。
