【摘要】随着城市化进程的推进, 深圳城中村问题变得日益突出。改造“城中村”是
推进城市进一步发展的必要。本文在深入了解城中村现象及其形成根源的基础上,对当前推
进的深圳市城中村改造进行了分析,通过对当前主要采取的两大改造模式的探讨,研究指出
除了对物质形态的有形改造外,还应从政府的政策、村民的生活方式等无形改造来入手,最
后对城中村改造的有效措施制定上提出相应的建议。

Abstract: The Problem of the “city-village in Shenzhen is ing more and more serious
with the boosting of the urbanization. Reconstruction city-village es more necessary to
accelerate the urban development. In this article we base on deeply understanding the
phenomenon of city-village and its formation reasons to analyze its reconstruction in recently.
Through the discussion of the two main reconstruction modes we find our reconstruction should
pay more attention on the non-material aspects such as the government policy, villager’s life style
besides the material reconstruction. In the end we give some suggestion and reconstructing
methodes.
