(1)从系统科学角度界定分析煤炭产业可持续发展系统。本文从系统
科学的角度出发,依据系统的功能特点将煤炭产业可持续发展系统划分为
社会经济子系统、煤炭生产子系统和生态环境子系统。并根据熵理论,寻
找各子系统的序参量,进而建立了煤炭产业可持续发展系统的熵变模型。
(2)运用熵变模型定量分析煤炭产业可持续发展。本文使用熵值法确
定指标的权重,用熵变模型计算煤炭产业可持续发展系统的发展状态,在
权重的确定和煤炭产业可持续发展的状态上均使用了定量研究的办法。
本文的重点难点:
(1)确定系统的序参量。影响煤炭产业可持续发展系统健康发展的因
素很多,社会经济、勘探开采、加工使用、生态环保等等,在如此多的因
素中确定系统的序参量,是本文的难点之一。
(2)熵变模型的构建。耗散结构理论认为系统从无序走向有序或者从
低级有序走向高级有序的条件是外熵的绝对值大于内部产生的正熵。熵理
论认为,影响系统的变量可以分为快变量和慢变量,慢变量也就是序参量
可以影响快变量的变化,影响系统的发展方向。在这个理论的指导下建立
熵变模型,是本文的重点和难点。
(3)我国煤炭产业可持续发展的实证分析。根据熵变模型和有关统计
数据,计算我国煤炭产业的熵变情况,进而分析我国煤炭产业的发展状况,
并据此提出建议和对策,是本文的重点。
本文通过定量研究煤炭产业可持续发展系统的熵变情况,拓展了煤炭
产业可持续发展的研究思路,指出了煤炭产业可持续发展存在的问题和解
决对策,旨在提高煤炭产业发展的可持续性,具有理论意义和现实意义。

Coal Industry Based on Entropy Theory
Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, coal production and consumption
has been accounting for energy production and consumption 2/3 above in China.
Coal economy is not only in relation to China energy security, but also directly
influences and restricts the sustainable development of society and economy.
Coal industry is faced with a huge pressure as the main part of the energy
production and consumption when GDP of China is keeping sustained and
stable growth and requirements for resources are keeping increasing. Its
sustainable development is also faced with unprecedented threats: the sharp
decrease of the total coal resources, low recovery rate prehensive
utilization, and more serious damage to ecological environment in coal mining
and processing and using, rapid growth of coal enterprises, the low level and
