【摘要】目的探讨有氧操锻炼对女大学生身体形态与功能的影响,从而为改善女大学生身体外形结构和健康水平提供理论依据和方法。方法 100名女大学生随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组50名持续参加18周有氧操训练,对照组自由活动。结果实验组有氧操锻炼后的身体形态指标(体质量、上臂围、腰围、大腿围、小腿围、三头肌位皮脂厚度)、身体功能指标(肺活量、800 m跑时间、仰卧起坐、体前屈)、体脂百分比、腰臀比、体脂质量与对照组及实验前相比存在显著性差异(t=-~,P<);实验后实验组体型三因子与对照组的体型三因子比较差异有显著性(t=~,P<)。结论有氧操锻炼可消除体内多余脂肪,降低体脂,增强体力,使身体外型更加健美和谐;同时,可有效改善心肺功能,提高人体的有氧耐力。

[ABSTRACT] Objective To explore the influence of aerobic exercise on body figure and function of female university students. Methods This study consisted of 100 students who were evenly divided into two groups in random. For those in experimental group continuously did aerobic exercise for 18 weeks, while those in the control group did any activities that they Body girth indices (body weight, circumferences of upper arms, waist, thigh, calf and triceps), body function (vital capacity, 800meter racing, sit
ups, anteflexion), percentage and actual quantity of fat content, and ratio of waist and hip of students in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group and before experiment (t=-,P<). Conclusion Aerobic exercise can reduce excessive fat tissue, strengthen individual body and harmonize body figures. It will improve the individual cardiopulmonary function and resultantly increase aerobic endurance.
