乡镇政府在国家行政体系中是处于最底层的政权组织,但是扮演的角色却不
容忽视,承担着农村基础设施建设、义务教育投入、村容村貌的改建和规划、为
农村提供公共产品和公共服务的重要责任,其公共服务的机制是否创新直接关系
到农民的生活水平的改善,与社会主义建设密不可分。
本文从探析乡镇政府公共服务机制创新的角度入手,分析了现阶段乡镇政府
的现状,对安徽省金寨县人民政府吴江工作站的公共服务实践成果进行研究,并
在此基础上提出了完善乡镇公共服务机制的建议。
文章分为五部分。绪论主要介绍了选题的来源、研究的意义及目的、国内外
研究现状等。第一章讲了乡镇政府公共服务概念界定、本文的主要理论依托。第
二章从总体角度讲了我国乡镇政府公共服务现状并具体介绍盛泽镇的具体情况。
第三章从公共服务机制创新的角度入手,分析了盛泽镇在提供公共服务中的独特
之处。第四章对如何完善乡镇政府公共服务机制进行了思考,提出了具体建议。

Abstract
Although the township government is the lowest level of anization in
the state administrative system, it takes the responsibility of the planning and
organization of rural public facilities, the construction of the public welfare, an
important responsibility to provide public goods and public services in rural
effectiveness of its public services directly relates to the stability and development of
the rural and has a significant impact on the whole country and society.
This article starts from the angle of the township government public service
mechanism innovation,then analyze the status of township government at this stage,and
study the practical results of of Jinzhai County People's Government Wujiang
workstation Public Service,and on this basis put forward mendation to improve
the township public services.
The article is divided into five parts.
Introduction introduces the topics of the source, the meaning and purpose of the
study, the lack of domestic and foreign research status .The first chapter stresses the
