城市燃气管网 SCADA 系统的设计及应用

摘要: 以福州市煤气公司城市燃气管网 SCADA 系统的设计为背景, 阐述了 SCADA 系统在实现城市燃气管网供气现代
化管理, 保证天然气输配管网的安全运行和稳定供气的成功应用, 并通过基于 RTU 控制单元分析了 SCADA 系统的结构和功
能, 进一步阐述了该系统的先进性和重要性。实践证明, 该系统在运行过程中的自动化率可达 95% 以上, 既能满足中心集中监
控及调度管理的要求, 又大大降低了劳动强度和费用成本, 并实现了整个燃气管网长时间的安全生产, 为企业带来巨大的经济
效益, 推动了城市燃气管网的安全生产和供气现代化管理的长足发展。

The Design and Application of SCADA System in the City Fuel Gas work

Abstract: T he essful application of SCADA sy stem in the modern m anagement of the city g as supply
w o rk and safety operation and stable supply of the natural gas transmissio n w o rk
is described based on the design of Fuzhou Gas Co. city g as wo rk. Thro ug h the RTU co ntro l
unit the structur e and functio n o f SCADA system is analysed, the im portance and advance of the system
is further described. Practice has pr oved that w hen this sy stem is in oper ation, process autom ation rate
can be mor e than 95%, the sy stem can meet the centralized monitoring and dispatching manag em ent
requir em ents and g reatly reduce the labor intensity and cost, and realize the safety production of gas
pipeline
