【摘要】目的检测缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿血清IgG、IgA、IgM及C3、C4的变化,了解HIE对免疫功能的影响。方法 HIE患儿172例,根据年龄、病情轻重分为1~3天组84例,其中轻度HIE 36例,中重度HIE 48例;4~7天组88例,其中轻度HIE 41例,中重度HIE 47例。对照组86例为同期住院非HIE足月新生儿。检测血清IgG、IgA、IgM及C3、C4,相关结果进行统计学分析。结果 1~3天组和4~7天组轻度HIE及中重度HIE患儿血清IgM、C3、C4均低于对照组(P<),轻度HIE及中重度HIE患儿血清IgG、IgA与对照组差异均无统计学意义(P>);1~3天组和4~7天组轻度HIE及中重度HIE患儿间血清IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4差异均无统计学意义(P>)。结论 HIE可使患儿IgM及补体水平降低,但与HIE的程度无关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of serum IgG, IgA, IgM, C3 and C4 in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).Methods 172 neonates with HIE and 86 non-HIE normal full-term infants were recruited in the study. The HIE neonates were divided into a 1-3 day group (n=84) and a 4-6 day group (n=88), which were further divided into mild and moderate-severe subgroups.
