基于波特五力模型的 NBA 竞争优势与成功因素分析

摘要: 产业竞争力是产业活力的核心, 五力模型正是波特提出的维持与提升产业竞争力的竞争战略模
型。以五力模型为基础, 从战略角度系统地分析了 NBA 赛事产业特殊的竞争环境结构: 新进入者的威
胁、供应商讨价还价的能力、买方讨价还价的能力、替代品的威胁及当前联盟内竞争对手之间竞争的激
烈程度, 从而对提高职业体育赛事产业竞争力提供一定的指导意义。同时探究了 NBA 俱乐部( 球队)的
成功取决于以下 3 个主要因素: 品牌建设; 主场市场的大小; 随机球迷的目标集聚。

Abstract: Industria petitiveness is the core for industrial vigor. The five2force model brought forward
by Porter is the st rategic petitive model for keeping and upgrading petitiveness. On
t he basis of it , the author of the thesis has analyzed systematically the petitive circumstance
structure of NBA. s industry petitions from the strategic angle: the threat of new entrants, the ba r2
gaining power of suppliers, the bargaining power of buyers, t he threat of substitutes and the current fierce
competition among rivals in the union, so as to offer some guidance in improving the pet i2
tiveness for professional sports events. Meanwhile, the three ess factors of NBA clubs ( teams) have
been studied, which include building2up of brand name, size of home market and effectively targeting the
