禹州市游泳场馆经营状况的调查与分析
摘要
本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、实地考察法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等多种研究方法,对目前禹州市7家游泳场馆经营状况进行调查。研究结果显示:禹州市游泳市场发展具有极大的开发潜力,集体、民营企业场馆的大量涌现给游泳产业注入了新的生机,但是发现禹州市游泳场馆经济效益不太乐观,影响的主要因素有经营管理落后、经营人才少、管理方法缺少科学性、人们游泳健身意识不强缺少文化氛围以及游泳经营成本增高。分析出该问题出现的原因,提出相应的对策和科学合理有效的建议,为禹州市游泳场馆更好的经营发展。

Investigation and analysis of Yuzhou swimming center operating conditions
ABSTRACT
In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, interview method, on-the-spot investigation method, mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other research methods, for now, seven YuZhou swimming center operating conditions in the investigation. Results show: YuZhou swimming has a great development potential of market development, collective and private enterprises venues the plethora of injected new vitality into the industry of swimming, but found that YuZhou swimming center economic efficiency is not very optimistic, there are many factors that influence backward management, management talent, lack of scientific management methods, people swimming fitness awareness is not strong culture and a lack of increased operating costs swim. Analysis the reasons of the problems, put forward the corresponding countermeasure and the science reasonable and effective Suggestions, for YuZhou swimming center better operation and development.
