摘要
柑橘产业是重庆市忠县农业支柱产业之一,是忠县对外宣传的一个形象品
牌,是重庆文化的重要代表。近年来,随着我国农业结构调整的不断推进,柑橘
生产形势发生的激剧变化,在一定程度上促进了柑橘产业化的发展。
论文对柑橘产业化发展理论进行了概括和解释,柑橘产业化的实质,就是按
照市场机制组织柑橘的生产、加工和销售,使三者之间由原来的单纯买卖关系变
成以利益为联结纽带、以契约为联结方式的新的利益共同体,形成促进柑橘发展
的新机制,推进柑橘走上市场化、专业化、社会化的轨道。
论文基于对忠县柑橘生产状况和产业化经营状况的调查研究,运用 SWOT 方
法来分析了忠县柑橘产业及产业化发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁。再基于其现
状研究出了一条适合忠县柑橘产业化发展的道路—产、加、销、研、学、旅“六
位一体”的产业体系及以柑橘产业为依托的复合型经济道路。并分析忠县柑橘产
业化发展,制定相应的定位。根据柑橘产业化发展方向,提出忠县柑橘产业化发
展的目标—中国柑橘加工第一县等;同时,根据国内外对柑橘产业化成功发展的
经验给忠县柑橘产业提出政策及相关建议。

Abstract
Citrus industry is one of the pillar agriculture industries at
Zhongxian in Chongqing, is a foreign brand of Zhongxian, is an
important representative of Chongqing culture. In recent years, with the
adjustment of agricultural structure in China promoted sequentially, citrus
production situation has greatly changed, and ,to a certain extent,
promoted the development of citrus industrialization.
This article has carried on the summary and the explanation of the
citrus industry development is realizd that the essence of Citrus
industrialization is in accordance with the market mechanism of citrus
production, processing and sales, turn a simple buyer-seller relationship
into taking interests as the link or the contract as the connection mode of
the munity of interests, form a new mechanism to promote the
development of citrus, and go forward on the orbit of marketization,
specialization and socialization.
Based on the investigation of Zhongxian citrus production status
and industrialization status , the paper analyzes the strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities and threats of Zhongxian citrus industry and
industrialization development with SWOT . This researches based on a
