摘要
二十一世纪是互联网络技术高速发展的时代。在互联网中,人们可以最大限度的释
放自己的自由意志,实现信息的畅通交流。我国目前互联网络技术正处于飞速发展的阶
段,截止到 2013 年 6 月底,我国已知的上网人数已经达到了惊人的 亿。这其中,
大学生群体占到了极大的比重。互联网的自由并不是绝对的,网络的自由应当遵循平等、
宽容等人类共处和交流的基本道德准则并且应当在法律的规制范围之内进行活动。由于
广大大学生普遍存在社会阅历不足、不容易辨清是非、自制能力差的特点以及传统教育
对大学生网络行为规范方面的缺失,面对蜂拥而至的互联网新奇信息,当代大学生在网
络活动中普遍存在着沉迷网络游戏、浏览色情网页、传播虚假信息、侵犯他人知识产权
等网络行为失范的问题。
面对上述问题,本文从深入调查大学生具体网络失范行为的角度入手,通过比较详
实的问卷、访谈和文献方法,细致分析当代大学生互联网络失范行为的特点以及具体表
现,在对上网大学生普遍存在的网络失范行为产生的内在和外在原因的分析的基础上,
参考国外互联网络发达国家对相关问题的具体解决方案,结合我国现阶段国情,提出应
当从强化大学生网络道德教育、构筑和谐的网络校园文化、培养大学生高尚的网络情操、
建立大学生网络诚信档案以及完善网络立法及相关政策规范的角度解决和引导在校大
学生的互联网络行为失范问题。
最后,文章得出结论:互联网络的飞速发展,无论是对于学校、家长、社会还是大
学生群体自身而言,都是机遇和挑战并存的。面对大学生的网络行为失范问题,不仅仅
需要教育工作者在学校加强思想教育,而且还需要家长、社会的积极引导,甚至可以从
法律的层面对其进行规范,形成健全的大学生网络行为规范机制,只有这样,才可以保
障大学生在新的信息时代更加积极健康地成长。
