在电子信息浪潮下,电子银行业务已经成为银行性金融机构维护客户关系,开拓新
市场,实现产品和服务创新的新战场。电子银行业务不仅可以大大降低金融机构的运营
成本,整合资源,还可以利用规模经济的优势,降低企业成本,提升盈利水平。随着市
场经济的深入发展,农村金融市场的逐渐开放和准入条件的放宽,农村金融市场竞争日
益激烈,呈现多层次、多样化的特点。新形势下,河北省农村信用社电子银行业务想要
应对日趋激烈的农村金融市场的竞争,获取市场战略优势,进行策略抉择,就必须科学
客观的认识自身在同行业电子银行发展领域中的位置。准确的定位并以此制定出行之有
效的发展战略,才能更好的促进河北省农村信用社在农村金融市场发挥主导作用,在激
烈的竞争中集中优势力量,更好的为地方经济发展服务。
本文以农村信用社发展电子银行业务的基础理论为铺垫,阐述了河北省农村信用社
电子银行业务发展的历程、现状和管理框架。进而运用 SWOT 分析法、比较法、统计法
等分析方法对其电子银行业务的发展进行了较为全面的分析。通过整理资料和统计数据
对其发展中所面临的竞争优势、竞争劣势、市场机会和外部威胁进行了系统的阐述,并
结合所作分析提出了相应的应对策略。

Abstract
In the electronic information age, Electronic banking has been the new focus of
Competition between banking financial institutions in order to maintaining customer
relationship, developing new markets and achieving the innovation of product and service.
Not only Electronic banking can reduce the operation cost of financial institutions greatly and
integrate the resources but also can reduce the cost of enterprise and improve the profitability
by taking advantage of Scale economy. With the development of market economy and rural
market gradually opening, the rural financial petition is fierce day by day which
reflects a diversified characteristics. The Rural Credit Cooperative of HeBei (RCCH) must
orientated itself Objectively and Scientifically in order to dell with the increasingly fierce
competition in
