摘要
本文介绍了BL台式车床的进给结构的设计过程,主要为机械元件的设计。因BL台式车床为小型车床,故在各个部分和零件的计算和选用过程中在满足设计要求的前提下(刚度、强度等),尽量选用尺寸较小的部件和零件。BL台式车床的进给结构的设计包括了五部分的设计。第一部分,BL台式车床总体方案设计;第二部分,进给箱的设计;第三部分,丝杠、光杠的设计;第四部分,溜板箱的设计;第五部分,刀架的选用。
进给箱是台式车床的主要部件之一,其作用是实现进给量的变换和各种螺纹螺距的变换。丝杠与光杠用以联接进给箱与溜板箱,并把进给箱的运动和动力传给溜板箱,使溜板箱获得纵向直线运动。溜板箱:是车床进给运动的操纵箱,内装有将光杠和丝杠的旋转运动变成刀架直线运动的机构,通过光杠传动实现刀架的纵向进给运动、横向进给运动和快速移动,通过丝杠带动刀架作纵向直线运动,以便车削螺纹。它的功能是装夹刀具,使刀具作纵向、横向或斜向进给运动。

Abstract
This article introduces the design process of feeding structure of BL bench-type lathe, mainly for the design of ponents. Because BL bench-type lathe is small lathe, so under the premise of each part and parts putation and selection process meet the design requirements (stiffness, strength, etc), we try to choose smaller parts ponents. The structure design of BL bench-type lathe includes five parts design. The first part, the general scheme design. The second part, feed box design. The third part, screw, light poles design. The fourth part, slip board box design. The fifth part, the selection of cutter.
Feed box is one of the main parts of bench-type lathe, its role is to realize the federate and various thread pitch transformation. Screw and light poles are to connect feed box and slip board box, and pass on the movement and power of feed box to slip board box, to make slip board box get longitudinal straight-line move. Slip board box: is the manipulation of feeding movement lathe box, equipped with light poles and screw rotation movement into cutter linear motion institution. Through the light poles transmission realize the longitudinal cutter feeding movement, traverse movement and move fast, through the screw drive to make
cutter get longitudinal linear motion, in order to cut screw thread. Its function is clamping tool, make cutter for vertical, horizontal or inclined feed movement.
