Abstract
Rural public business is plex system, including rural culture, rural health, rural
education, rural technology and various of rural infrastructure, such as infrastructure of
education, cultural infrastructure, ecological infrastructure and so on , all of these are service
to farmers' life and production. The factors of Rural public business interact, which impact on
the development of rural public business. It is necessary to the sustained development of rural
public business to develop culture, education, environment and infrastructure. In order to
understand clearly the development of rural public business status, you must evaluate its
system.
The party re-emphasized we must build a well-off society, solve problems of agriculture,
rural areas and farmers which is related to prehensive construction of a well-off
society overall. It is always the top priority of the party's work. Hebei Province is a major
agricultural province. Evaluating the Hebei Province on the development of rural public
business is important to coordinate the development of urban and rural areas of Hebei
Province, and promote the building of a new socialist countryside, It is also important to
building a well-off society, It is necessary for a correct judgment to the development situation
of Rural Public business to make the reasonable countermeasure for accelerating the
development of rural public business.
The main object of this article is to perfect the rapid development of Hebei Province.
Basing on the concept, the object has two subsystems, under the two subsystems, there are 11
aspects: the rural culture of Hebei Province, rural education, rural health, rural technology,
rural social security, rural educational infrastructure, cultural infrastructure, rural ecological
infrastructure etc. By analyzing them, I design 33 individual indicators, and build up a system,
reflecting the developing situation of Rural
