高中阶段在人生发展过程中处于青少年中后期,是个体形成友谊并形成完善的自我概念
的重要时期,发展任务是培养亲密感拒绝孤独感。现在的高中校园已经被 90 后的孩子们所
“占领”,90 后长期以来被社会认为是、冷漠、缺乏感情和垮掉的一代。所以基于高中阶段
对人生发展的重要性和 90 后群体的特殊性,现阶段对高中生的关注和研究也日渐增多,90
后高中生们是否具有完善的自我、是否具有一定的心理健康水平也越来越成为广大学者们研
究的对象。
本课题旨在研究高中生的孤独感、社会支持和自我概念在性别、年级和城乡等几个方面
的差异情况以及三者之间的相关关系,并进一步探讨自我概念和社会支持对孤独感的预测作
用。从研究内容上,本研究从影响孤独感的内外部因素出发,以自我概念为内部因素,社会
支持为外部因素,将内部因素和外部因素结合起来探讨其对孤独感的影响。
本研究对山东临沂、曲阜和滕州三个地域近九百名高中生进行问卷调查。根据数据处理
结果,可以得到以下结论:1. 高中生的孤独感、社会支持以及自我概念均存在生源地差
异。2. 高中生在自我概念上存在显著的性别差异。3. 高中生在社会支持上存在显著的年级
差异。4. 社会支持和自我概念各个维度均与孤独感存在显著的负相关。5. 自我批评得分与
社会支持存在显著的负相关;生理自我、道德伦理、心理自我和社会批评均与主观支持存在
显著地负相关。6. 高中生社会支持和自我概念对孤独感有显著的预测作用。

Abstract
In the development process of one’s life, the high school era is at the later stage of adolescence,
it is a critical period with great significance in which individual develops friendship and sound
self-concept. The development task in this period is to cultivate intimacy and reject loneliness.
Nowadays, the generation after 1990s has occupied the high school campus. In the opinion of other
people in the society, the generation after 1990s areindifferent, lack of affection and with little
prospect in the future. Considering the significance of high school era and the particularity of the
generation after 1990s, many researchers have paid more attention to the study of students who are
studying in high school and earned many achievements. The issue of whether high-school students
after 1990s have got sound self-concept and healthy mentality of a certain degree are ing an
investigative object gradually.
The main objective of this research is to study the difference of high-school students’loneliness,
social support and self-concept caused by sex, grade and region (town or country) respectively. We
also talk about the relationship and prediction effect between loneliness, social support and
