【摘要】目的比较利培酮和舒必利治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效和安全性。方法利培酮组20例,口服利培酮(±)mg/d;舒必利组20例,口服舒必利(±) mg/d,疗程均为8周。用阴性症状评定量表(SANS)评定疗效,用药物副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。用简易智能量表(MMSE)评定对认知功能的影响。结果临床总体疗效两组间无显著性差异(P>),利培酮组可提高MMSE的分值(P<)。两组不良反应均以锥体外系症状为主,两组不良反应发生率无显著性差异(P>)。结论利培酮和舒必利治疗精神分裂症阴性症状均有良好疗效,利培酮副反应小而安全,且不影响认知功能。
