摘要:
本文完成了对一个2K-H型双级负号机构(NW型)的行星齿轮减速器的结构设计和传动设计。此减速器的传动比是15,而且,它具有体积小、重量轻、结构紧凑、外阔尺寸小及传动功率范围大等优点。首先简要介绍了课题的背景以及对齿轮减速器的概述,减速器是一种动力传达机构,利用齿轮的速度转换器,将马达的回转数减速到所要的回转数,并得到较大转矩的机构。然后根据原始数据及给定的系统传动方案图计算其传动效率并选择电动机的功效,再然后就是对减速器的核心部分行星齿轮的设计,包括其各个齿轮的齿数、几何参数和配齿计算,最后根据强度理论校核齿轮的强度。然后对各齿轮进行受力分析并进行计算,然后设计计算输出轴输入轴并进行对其强度校核。最后在所有理论尺寸都算出来后绘制其总装配图。
