朱思峰,河南周口人。1999 年毕业于河南大学获工学学
士学位;2006 年毕业于西北工业大学获硕士学位;2012 年获
西安电子科技大工学博士学位。导师:刘芳教授。
主要研究方向:通信网络资源优化、免疫优化算法等。
攻读博士学位期间的科研经历及代表性研究成果:主持
完成了 1 项河南省重点科技攻关项目《第三代移动通信网络
的智能优化技术研究》和 1 项河南省教育厅自然科学研究计
划项目《异构无线网络的资源智能优化配置技术研究》;参与了 2 项国家自然科
学基金项目和 1 项陕西省“13115”科技创新工程重大科技专项项目的研究工作;
在《Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence》、《works》、《通信
学报》、《电子学报》、《电子与信息学报》等国内外权威学术期刊上发表学术论文
10 多篇。
Zhu Si-feng was born in Zhoukou, Henan Province, China, in 1975. He received
his . puter science and technology from Henan University, Kaifeng, China, in
1999, the . degree puter science and technology from Northwestern
Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 2006, and the . degree puter
science and technology from XiDian University, Xi’an, China, in 2012. His supervisor
is Liu fang professor.
His research interests include work resource
optimization, immune optimization algorithm et al.
His representative research achievement during study for degreeare as
follows. pleted a project of the national science basic research plan in Henan
province of China “research of intelligent optimization technology for 3G
work (No. 12A520055) ” and a project supported by natural science
basic research plan in Henan province of China “research of resources optimization
technology in heterogeneous work( No. 1**********)”. He participated in
two project of the national natural science foundation of China (,
). He has published over 10 papers in some academic journal such as
“Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence”, “works”, “China
Communications”, “Journal munications”, “Acta Electronica Sinica”, “Journal
