目的:本文旨在研究 HMGB1 在口腔黏膜癌前病变和口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表
达,探讨其在肿瘤发生、发展中的意义。
方法:选取华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院口腔医学中心口腔鳞状细
胞癌及黏膜癌前病变患者手术切除标本 65 例,其中正常粘膜 9 例,单纯增生 8 例,
异常增生 22 例,口腔鳞状细胞癌 35 例。应用免疫组化 S-P 法检测石蜡包埋标本中的
HMGB1 的阳性率。
结果:HMGB1 阳性表达于细胞浆。HMGB1 在正常粘膜中表达率为 %(1/9),
在单纯增生和异常增生中表达率分别为 %(1/8)和 %(13/22),在口腔鳞状细胞
癌中表达率为 %(29/35),差异具有显著性(P﹤)。HMGB1 在口腔鳞状细胞
癌中高分化与中低分化的组织中表达率差异无统计学意义(P﹤),而直径大于
3cm 的肿瘤的阳性表达显著高于小于 3cm 的肿瘤(P﹤),有浸润转移肿瘤的阳
性表达显著高于无转移的肿瘤(P﹤)。
结论:HMGB1 在口腔癌前病变及鳞状细胞癌中表达的差异显示了其在肿瘤的发
生上起作用;而 HMGB1 在鳞状细胞癌各组织病理特征上表达的差异性表示 HMGB1
与肿瘤的分化程度无关,但在肿瘤的生长、浸润与转移上起作用。

Expression and Significance of HMGB1 in oral cancer
and Precancerous lesions

Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the expression of HMGB1 in oral
cancer and precancerous lesions, and discuss the significance of HMGB1 in the the
occurrence and development of tumor.
Methods: All specimens were obtained from stomatological center of Tongji
hospital of Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
Seventy-four cases of oral cancer and precancerous lesions were included in this study.
Among these cases, there were 9 samples of normal mucosa, 8 samples of simple hypoplasia,
22 samples of dysplasia and 35 oral squamous cell immunohistochemical
method was used to investigate the positive expression rates of HMGB1 in
paraffin-embedded oral cancer and precancerous lesions.
Results: The positive staining of HMGB1was observed in cytoplasm. The positive
expression of HMGB1 in normal mucosa was %(1/9), in simple hypoplasia and
dysplasia were %(1/8),%(13/22)10%, and in oral squamous cell carcinoma was
