微钛钉支抗负载前后周围液体中 IL-8 及 sICAM-1 水平的研究

中文摘要

目的:将微钛钉支抗按负载相同力值后的稳定程度分为微钛钉支抗稳定组、微钛钉支抗
松动组,取微钛钉支抗负载前、负载 1 个月、2 个月、3 个月后周围液体,ELISA 方法
检测各组种植支抗周围液体中细胞因子 IL-8 以及 sICAM-1 表达量的变化,分析影响微
钛钉支抗稳定性的因素。
方法:将 2008 年 7 月-2010 年 12 月期间在山西医科大学第一医院口腔正畸科就诊的 20
例接受微钛钉支抗治疗患者的 40 枚种植钉,按负载后的临床稳定性分为微钛钉支抗稳
定组和微钛钉支抗松动组,取微钛钉支抗负载前,负载 1 个月、2 个月、3 个月后周围
液体,电子天平称重,用 ELISA 方法检测微钛钉支抗负载前,负载 1 个月、2 个月、3
个月后周围液体中 IL-8 及 sICAM-1 表达量的变化, 统计分析软件对所得数据
进行分析,采用单因素方差分析方法比较同一组不同时间段各指标表达量的差异;两独
立样本 t 检验方法分析两组间同一时间段各指标间含量的差异。
结果:微钛钉支抗负载后周围液体表达量、IL-8以及sICAM-1的表达量在种植支抗松动
组较种植支抗稳定组均明显升高,经统计分析,差异有统计学意义(P<);在负载
相同的力后,随着负载时间的延长,微钛钉支抗周围液体表达量、IL-8以及sICAM-1 的
表达量在微钛钉支抗松动组明显高于微钛钉支抗稳定组,经统计分析,差异具有显著性
(P<)。
结论:微钛钉支抗松动组周围液体表达量以及IL-8、sICAM-1表达水平的升高可能与微
钛钉支抗周围组织炎症的加重有关,微钛钉支抗周围IL-8及sICAM-1的水平可较好的反
应微钛钉支抗的稳定性。临床上可通过调控微钛钉支抗周围IL-8以及sICAM-1的水平来
增加微钛钉支抗的稳定性。

The effects of orthodontic force on IL-8 and sICAM-1 level in the
fluid around micro-implant anchorage

Abstract

Objective:Deviding the patients with implant anchorage into stable group and unstable group
according to the stability of implant anchorage after loading orthodontic force .To investigate
the change of IL-8 and sICAM-1 in the fluid around micro-implant anchorage,analyze the
factors affecting implant anchorage’s stability.
Method: The 40 implant anchorage from 20 patients were divided into stable and unstable
group by the situation after loading orthodontic fluid was collected before and 1、2、
3 months after orthodontic force around implant anchorage. IL-8 and sICAM-1 levels were
analyzed using ELISA, and data analysis was performed using software package.
