摘要
高速公路是公路网的重要组成部分,以其安全、舒适、便捷等的强大优势及其灵活
性成为公路网的主体,在区域经济的发展中占有十分重要的地位。
论文在介绍山东省的地理位置的基础上,分析山东省近几年的社会经济和交通运输
的发展概况,总结出山东省高速公路网的发展历史、发展现状,研究其成网率,从网络结
构性能和交通质量两方面建立路网技术评价指标体系,并应用此指标体系对山东省高速
网进行分析,计算出山东省高速公路路网结构指数并根据此指数对山东省高速路网进行
评价,总结出山东省的高速公路网现已具备一定的规模,但是部分地区路网密度小,整
体的网络效益未能得到充分发挥。同时,为考察高速公路发展同经济发展之间的协调性
利用改进后的公路网规模适应性指数对山东的高速公路进行适应性评价。
路网交通量是高速公路运营过程中的评价衡量标准,在分析高速公路的运输特点、
交通量形成机理以及交通量的影响因素的基础上,结合山东省高速公路路网的实际结构,
研究路网交通量随时间和空间变化的情况,路网上的交通量分布密度,路段饱和度,通
过高速公路运量增长分析,探讨路网结构变化对交通量的影响,衡量高速公路的使用效
