摘要:目的综合分析有关幽门螺杆菌()感染诊断方法的研究文献,评价幽门螺杆菌感染的诊断方法的现况. 方法检索1995年以来的相关文献资料,对比研究各种诊断方法,并对其作总体评价. 结果目前临床常用的各种诊断方法各有其优劣. 结论建议临床上采用何种诊断方法,应根据具体情况和不同要求来决定.

幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,)感染诊断方法评价的研究因受条件限制,所观察的样本各自独立且样本量较小,因此所得结论往往不完全一致,,,为临床诊断提出一些参考性意见.
1 材料和方法
材料使用中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM).
方法首先,对筛选检索到的22篇[1-22] 相关文献按诊断方法种类分别进行率的合并,得到每一种诊断方法的综合评价指标,,并且每篇文献报道的灵敏度(Se)、特异度(Sp)、正确率(π)等指标与金标准方法比较无显著性差异(P>),[23] 为:Se=Σai /
