随着疏浚船舶向现代化、大型化发展,疏浚领域对高性能的流体机械需求越来越迫切,但传统的理论分析和纯实验测量对研究机械流体问题都具有很大的局限性。此时,随着高速、大容量、低价格计算机的出现,计算流体力学方法出现并得到深入研究,其可靠性、准确性、计算效率也得到很大提高。CFD方法具有初步性能预测、内部流动预测、数值试验、流动诊断、外型设计等作用。现在CFD软件已经成为计算研究实际流体问题的一种重要手段。
本论文所涉及到的是运用CFD软件对耙头二维流场进行数值计算,主要内容是:熟悉疏浚技术、疏浚设备基本知识,学****一种计算流体力学软件——FLUENT,掌握网格划分与边界条件的施加方法,在给定耙头的几何尺寸和边界条件,利用CFD软件计算耙头的二维压力与速度流场。研究的方法是运用CAD与Gambit软件划分网格,用FLUENT计算流体力学软件计算。最后,本论文对几种流速下的耙头二维流场进行了比较与分析,对流场速度的大小对流场的影响提出了自己的看法,并对流场进行分析,对耙头外型设计提出了改善的建议。
此次通过对耙头二维的流场的模拟与分析,了解了耙头内部的压力与速度流场的分布,加深了对流体力学基础知识的理解,并培养了自己分析问题与解决问题的能力。

Abstract
With the development of the modern, large-scale dredging ship, the demands for high-performance liquid pressing machine are ing bigger and bigger in the dredging area, but the traditional theoretical analysis and pure experimental study of fluid mechanical problems have great limitations. At this point, with the emergence of the high-speed, large capacity and low-puters, computational fluid dynamics appeared and got a deep study, the reliability, accuracy putational efficiency of the theory had also been greatly improved. CFD method has several features. These features are the initial performance prediction, the internal flow prediction, numerical experiments, flow diagnostics and the role of exterior design. CFD software has e an important means pute and study practical fluids problems now.
This paper involved numerical calculation of rakes in the two-dimensional flow field with the CFD software. The main contents involves knowing the dredging technology、dredging equipment and basic knowledge well, learning a kind putational fluid dynamics software, which is called FLUENT, understanding the method to divide the mesh and method to set up the boundary condition and using CFD software to calculate the flow field of the pressure and velocity in the two-dimensional flow field under the condition of the known geometry and boundary conditions of the rake head. The method of study is to use CAD and software Gambit to di
