摘要
随着改革开放的深入和社会主义市场经济的发展,我国在经济、政治、文化及社会
生活方式等方面都发生了深刻的变化。但是,随着社会主义市场经济的不断推进,诚信
问题日益成为经济和社会生活中一个被关注的重要话题。诚信缺失的现象已经严重影响
到我国社会主义市场经济建设的顺利进行。
本文运用理论与实践相结合、历史与逻辑相统一的方法。首先阐明了中国传统文化
和西方社会诚信观的内涵与特征。以马克思主义理论为指导,立足现实国情,提出了诚
信的现代内涵。其次,阐述诚信与社会主义市场经济活动之间的关系,市场经济的性质
和诚信的作用决定了诚信是维系市场经济秩序的基本要素,诚信是发展社会主义市场经
济的基础。用辩证的观点思考诚信缺失问题,分析诚信缺失对社会经济生活的影响及诚
信危机产生的原因,立足于当代中国社会的现状,揭示了我国社会经济、政治和文化三
大领域的诚信问题。进而分别从经济、制度、历史及文化各层面挖掘了中国社会诚信缺
失的根源。最后,就构建社会主义市场经济条件下的诚信体系,从道德、文化、政府、
企业、个人、及法律法规等方面,提出了对策性建议。

ABSTRACT
With the deepening of reform and opening-up and the developing of socialist market
economy, China has gone through profound changes in economy, politics, culture, social
living style and so on. However, during this process, honesty and credibility have increasingly
been an important topic that is concerned in our economy and social life. Lack of credibility
has severely affected the progression of our social market economic establishment.
The essay applies the method bines theory and practice and integrates history
and logic. Firstly, it clarifies the connotation and characteristics of China’s traditional culture
and Western countries’ viewpoint of honesty and credibility. Furthermore, it puts forward the
modern connotation of honesty and credibility under the guidance of Marxism and based on
the actual condition and status of our country. Secondly, it explains the relationship of honesty
and credibility with activities of socialism market economy. The characteristic of market
economy and functionality of honesty and credibility has determined that honesty and
