新时期党的民族区域自治理论的发展和创新是建立在马克思主义民族理论和毛泽
东民族区域自治思想基础上的,经过党的三代领导集体的不懈的探索,民族区域自治理
论被赋予了许多新的各具时代特色的理论内容。党的民族区域自治理论是中国共产党人
把马克思主义民族理论与中国的具体情况相结合的伟大创造,具有强大的生命力和无比
的优越性。本文通过对一些重要历史文献的研究,通过对新时期的不同历史阶段和时代
背景下党的三代领导集体的民族区域自治理论进行了横向与纵向比较分析,勾勒出中国
特色的民族区域自治理论发展和创新的脉络,以求对新时期党的民族区域自治的理论内
容有一个较全面的把握,行文当中突出其一脉相承又与时俱进的理论品质。最后对新时
期党的民族区域自治理论发展和创新所取得的宝贵经验进行了简单总结和归纳,以期对
当前的民族理论创新和民族工作实践提供有益的参考和借鉴。
全文从以下四个方面进行论述:
第一部追溯了中国共产党民族区域自治理论的理论渊源,并对其实践历程作了简要
的回顾;
第二部分论述了新时期党的民族区域自治理论的发展和创新历程。党的三代领导集
体在不同的历史阶段和时代背景下赋予中国特色的民族区域自治理论新的理论内容,其
间揭示了党的民族区域自治理论具有一脉相承又与时俱进的理论品质。
第三部分总结了新时期党的民族区域自治理论发展和创新的历程中取得的基本经
验。
第四部分归纳了新时期党的民族区域自治理论的时代价值。论述了新时期党的民族
区域自治理论对马克思主义所作的理论贡献和对我国当前民族工作的现实指导意义。

ABSTRACT
The development and innovation of ethic regional autonomy of munist Party of
China in the new period is based on the general Marxist principles of the ethnic issues and
MaoZedong’s thinks of regional national autonomy ,which embodies new theoretic contents
with the features of new age by the efforts of the party's three generations of collective
leadership of the unremitting regional autonomy is the great theoretic
creation with strong vitality and superiority, which is developed by munists
appling Marxist principles to solve china's specific national hope to outlines the veins
of development and innovation of the theory of chinese ethnic regional autonomy,by
comparing and analyzing horizontally and vertically a number of historical documents on
ethic regional autonomy ,which is authored by the party's three generations of collective
leadership during the different historical stage and the era background. By my efforts , I try to
help the scholars in this field have a prehensive understanding on the course of
