摘要
在第三方物流企业的业务和管理信息化的过程中,运输管理是第三方物流企业
物流作业管理的一个重要组成部分,运输的效率直接影响整个物流系统的运作。如
何提高管理效率、优化资源配置、降低管理成本及提高顾客满意度,是第三方物流
企业面临的管理方面的问题。运输管理信息系统作为物流信息系统的一部分,为解
决上述问题提供了一个可靠的选择。电子商务及供应链的发展,对第三方物流企业
的运输管理提出了新的要求。
本论文所要完成的工作是:对第三方物流运输信息管理系统进行分析与设计,
为第三方物流企业提供一个关于运输管理的解决方案。本文首先分析我国第三方物
流企业的运输管理现状,提出运输管理信息系统实施的必要性;介绍运输管理的先
进物流技术在物流中的运用;然后分析我国第三方物流企业的运输管理信息系统应
用的现状及存在的主要问题。本文分析运输管理信息系统的目标及开发的基本原则,
并对第三方物流运输管理信息系统进行的关键业务流程如业务受理、计划调度、在
途管理及客户管理等流程进行分析与设计;并设计一套简单实用的运输管理信息系
统,描述相关的系统功能模块。论文最后分析第三方物流运输管理信息系统的实施
及应用过程中应注意的问题,为第三方物流企业的信息化实施过程提供借鉴。

Abstract
In the business and management information course of Third Party Logistics
enterprises, Transport Management is an important part of operation management of Third
Party Logistics, the efficiency of transport influences the operation of the whole logistics
system directly. How to improve the efficiency of management, optimize resource
distribution, reduce the cost of management and raise customer’s satisfaction, it is the
problem of management which Third Party Logistics enterprises face. The Transportation
Information Management System, which is regarded as a part of the Logistics Information
System, has offered a reliable choice for solving above-mentioned problems. The
development of merce and Supplying Chain Management has put forward the new
requirement for the transportation management of Third Party Logistics enterprises.
The work of this thesis is to be: analyze and design the Transport Information
Management System of Third Party Logistics, offer one solution of transport management
for Third Party Logistics enterprise. At first, this thesis analyses current situation of
transport management of Third Party Logistics of our country, put forward the necessity of
implement the Transport Management Information Syst
