电信专业网管接入电信综合网管平台的研究与设计

摘要
随着电信网络的飞速发展,中国电信经过多年的建设,建立了各种专业网管系统。
但是,电信各专业网管系统处于独立分散的现状,使得网管系统不能实现平台共享、
数据共享,如何将各专业网管系统逐步融合到综合网管平台之中成为了电信网管系统
建设的重要课题。
本文主要进行了以下几个方面的工作。
对电信综合网管的研究背景进行了分析,并以湖南电信为例,对电信各专业网
管的现状进行了总结,在此基础上分析了建设综合网管的必要性。同时,对建设综合
网管的理论依据进行了深入研究,包括 ITU-TMN 模型、NGOSS 框架、TOM 模型以
及 SLA 协议等,论证了将各专业网管系统融合到综合网管平台的可行性。
结合湖南电信的实际情况,从业务需求、技术路线和演进策略等各个方面综合
考虑,给出了“整体架构设计、由简到繁实现、逐步接入融合”的建设方案。详细介
绍了湖南电信综合网管体系结构组成,包括专业网管层、数据接入层、数据适配层和
应用逻辑及表现层,以及专业网管接入综合网管的系统架构设计。
以交换专业网管为例,对其接入综合网管平台的机制进行了分析,对接口实现
方式进行了探讨,最后用 Java 语言实现了交换专业网管接入综合网管的“数据库接
口方式”,实现中采用 XML、EJB、JMS、Java Web Start 等技术。
本文的相关研究成果已经在中国电信某市电信网管系统中得到应用,实现了交
换网管接入到综合网管平台,并对其它专业的接入提供了很好的借鉴。通过综合网管
系统的建设,电信网络的管理水平得到了极大的提高。

Abstract
Along with the rapid development of the work,all kinds of professional
work Management System)had already been established by China
Corp through many years ,all the professional NMSs are independent
and dispersed at present,which can not realize the share of the flat and the data,so how to
combine the professional NMSs into the integrated NMS is the key work of the
NMSs construction.
The following contents are studied in this paper:
The research backgrounds of the integrated NMS are analysed,regarding Hunan
Corp as the example,the actualities of all kinds of the professional NMSs are
summarized,and the necessity of constructing the integrated NMS is brought
,the possibilities bining the professional NMSs into the
integrated NMS firmed by deeply researching on the academic gists of
constructing the integrated NMS,such as the popular ITU-TMN model,the NGOSS(Next
Generation Operating Support System)frame,the TOM( Operation Model)and the
SLA(Service Level Agreement).
