Agriculture is the basic industries of a country. All of the country in the world
has attached great importance to the development of agriculture. Modernization is the
only way for progress of human society. Agricultural modernization is an important
component and strategic objective of the modernization of China. NO Agricultural
modernization, no the modernization of our country. It is clearly proposed that
agricultural modernization is the primary task of building a new socialist countryside
in the first major document of central government on is raised that corps
would realize the agriculture modernization in the first place of our western area on
the Fourth Fifth Plenary Session (Enlarged)of Corps’ party. And it is determined that
Corps realize agricultural modernization basically on agriculture which has
been developing well is on the critical period. The development of agricultural
modernization which has characteristics such as dynamic, historic and world-wide is
gradual. In order to judge the level of agricultural modernization and track the process
of the Corps’ agricultural modernization we should build a scientific and systematic
evaluation index system.
The study researched on the results of agricultural modernization home and
abroad is starting from the content and standards of agricultural modernization. It
makes use of many basic principles such as the management, agricultural economics,
econometrics and mathematical statistics. We do empirical study of Corp’s
agricultural modernization by building evaluation index system and evaluation model.
The research bines normative research with empirical study, the
quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis and static analysis with dynamic
analysis. It proposes some measures and suggestions of speeding the process of
agricultural modernization.
Firstly the study reviews the results of agricultural modernization home and
abroad. It explains the content, c
