摘要
高速公路全程跟踪系统是智能交通系统 ITS 的一个重要应用,是集 GPS 技术、
GIS 技术、光纤通信技术、无线通信技术和控制技术于一体的综合管理系统。针对
目前高速公路现有机电设备设施,本论文提出、设计和开发了基于高速公路现有的
光纤紧急电话系统和收费系统的高速公路全程跟踪系统,该系统具有成本低、建设
周期短、使用费用低廉的特点。
论文绪论部分对智能交通系统在国内外的研究发展状况的作了综述,随后阐述
了提出本项目的目的。在第二章介绍了目前使用的无线通信技术及其标准,无线电
波传播的特性及使用的最新数字调制技术。第三章首先简要介绍高速公路现有的通
信系统、光纤紧急电话系统和收费系统,在此基础上,详细阐述了基于光纤通信和
无线通信的全程跟踪系统的总体设计方案。接着第四章从产品的稳定性、实时性、
低功耗等方面考虑,详细介绍了智能车载卡、路侧中转器的硬件设计。在第五章详
细介绍了所设计硬件的软件编程。在本文的最后,总结了该课题的特点及意义,同
时展望了在已经完成的工作的基础上进一步完善本系统的方向。

ABSTRACT
The tracking system of the whole expressway is an important application of the
Intelligent Transportation System (ITS), Which is prehensive management system
including GPS technology, GIS technology, munication technology, wireless
communication technology, control technology, and so on. Direct against expressway
existing electromechanical equipment facilities at present,this thesis has proposed,
designed and developed the tracking system of the whole expressway that is based on the
existing fiber emergency telephone system and the toll collecting system of the
characteristics of the system are low invested costs, short construction
period, and cheap cost of use.
In the section of introduction, the development state of ITS at home and abroad is
described briefly. In chapter two,the munication technology and its standard
used at present as well as the characteristics of wireless transmit are chapter
three , the munication system, fiber emergency telephone system and the toll
collecting charge system of the expressway are this basis,overall design
plan of the whole tracking system based on munication and wireless
communication is provided in chapter four,the hardware design of the car-carried
card and the roadside device are discussed in detail based on the conside
