摘要
汽车行驶记录仪是利用现代电子数字记录技术,综合记录汽车在行驶过
程中的多种参数及驾驶员的操作行为,并将这些数据反馈给管理人员及驾驶
员。本文以具有低成本、高效率与高可靠性的 CAN 现场总线为基础,研究
和开发了基于 CAN 总线行车记录仪。
汽车行驶记录仪在国外已有多年的应用历史,但中国在该产品的应用方
面几乎仍是一片空白。本文首先阐述了汽车行驶记录仪的出现、发展及现状,
分析了常用的汽车总线的特点,在参考我公司现有行车记录仪的基础上,
提出了基于 CAN 总线的以 1 个主站节点和 3 种典型从站节点构成的汽车局
域总线的解决方案;本文较为详细地分析了所研究的行车记录仪的各功能模
块的软、硬件结构,记录仪的数据存储方式和与上位机的通信方法。
在系统的硬件设计中,选用自带存储器的 AT89C52 单片 CPU,SJA1000
做为 CAN 控制器,还使用了 CAN 控制器与物理总线间的 CAN 收发器
82C250,使信号抗干扰,传输性能高。
本系统使用 SAEJ1939 应用协议,实现了汽车行驶记录仪与智能传感器
节点的实时通信。
基于 CAN 总线的行车记录仪已经调试成功并通过了试运行。本文的研
究成果可为我公司对汽车局域总线的开发提供借鉴,对国内利用 CAN 总线
汽车电子技术的发展与应用,具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract
The vehicle data recorder, using modern digital recording techniques,
record synthetically various parameters of a traveling vehicle and driver’s
driving actions,and provide recorded data feedback to drivers and managers.
This paper is based on the Can bus, which is in high efficiency and reliability
with lower cost, to develop the vehicle data recorder based on CAN Bus.
The vehicle data recorder have been used for many years in
the developed foreign country. However, its application is almost
vacancies in paper describes the appearance,development,and
the present state of the vehicle data recorder, analyzed the characters of
several kinds of the field-bus mon use first .Under the study of the
company’s vehicle, a design scheme using the CAN bus as munication
bus of the advanced multi-functional real-time security monitoring system for
vehicle was brought forward. The system posed of one system main
controll unit and three kind system collection unit, then the structure of
function model’s hardware and software, protects the storage of the data
method and munication puter was analyzed in detail.
