摘要
随着电力电子技术以及控制技术的发展,使得交流变频调速在工业电子拖动领域得到了广泛应用。本文介绍了运用PLC技术对离心风机控制系统进行的技术改造,实现了离心风机变频调速,并详述了该系统的工作原理、软硬件设计。以PLC为核心的系统实现对数据的采集、比较,以及对变频器、电机等设备的控制任务,并能实现控制系统的参数设置、故障诊断等功能。PLC用软器件代替大量的继电-接触器系统中的硬器件,因触点接触不良造成的故障大为减少,因此控制系统具有功能强大、容易使用、节能降耗和高可靠性等的特点。

Abstract
Along with electric power electronics technique and control technique of development, make exchanges to inverters adjust soon at industry the electronics dragged along to move realm to get extensive application. This text introduction usage PLC the technique is to the technique reformation which leave heart breeze machine control system to carry on, realization leave heart breeze machine to inverters to adjust soon and went into detail that system of work principle, soft hardware design. The system taken PLC as core realization logarithms according to of collect, comparison, and to change equipments, such as inverters machine and electrical engineering etc. of control mission, and ability realization control system of parameter constitution, break down diagnosis etc. function. PLC with the soft spare part replace a great deal of after electricity-contact hard spare part within machine system, because of touch point contact bad result in of break down big in order to reduce, so control can the system have function strong, easy usage, economy energy decline to consume with high credibility etc. of characteristics.
