摘要
随着经济全球化和我国改革开放进程的深入,大量外资涌入我国,我国日益显现出了世界加工工厂的地位。与此同时,我国中小企业也开始走出国门和走向世界,积极开展对外直接投资,实现跨国经营,进行全球范围的经济活动。但是随着我国加入WTO和世界经济一体化进程的加快,我国中小企业对外直接投资中存在的立法管理不完善、项目规模小、海外投资产业分布不合理及海外企业微观机制不健全等问题,对我国中小企业对外直接投资的进一步发展造成了很大的影响。因此,本文从分析我国小企中业的现状及优势入手,进一步阐述我国中小企业存在的问题,在此基础上提出促进我国中小企业发展的对策。

ABSTRACT
With economic globalization and China's deepening reform and opening-up process, a large number of foreign capital into our country, our country has the world e more and more the status of the processing plant. Therefore, this article from the analysis of China's small enterprises in the industry, starting with the status quo and advantages, and further explained the problems of China's small and medium enterprises, in this based on the promotion of SME development strategies.
